I've been asked to train the Helpdesk (1 person) on how to setup/delete users as backup to me. I'm not keen on it but have no choice. This users says he's done this in the past but I'm sure this is with probably version 4 or 5 maybe 6.
Is there a way I can restrict what he is able to do on the server or via an admin client to just user registration? I don't want him to be able to send console commands to the server or do any other administrative type functions except perhaps modify quotas if necessary.
